Warm Garlic Feta Dip
This warm garlic feta dip is made with cream cheese, feta, and Greek yogurt along with garlic, a hint of lemon, and simple spices. It’s baked to creamy perfection and served with homemade pita chips or vegetables.
Is it weird that I keep two giant tubs of feta cheese in my fridge at all times? Probably. It’s just that feta is good with so many different things… pizza being one of my favorites, but this warm garlic feta dip being another. I actually used to make this feta dip recipe without baking it, which is delicious. But my husband and I recently had a warm version at a restaurant. They serve it with homemade pita chips and slices of cucumber and it totally inspired me to start baking this dip now.
You can serve this with tons of different vegetables other than cucumbers too, (bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, carrots, you name it.) I also recommend whipping up a batch of homemade pita chips to go with it too. They take 7 minutes, and you can’t say no to a 7 minute recipe. You just can’t. Here. Allow me:
Homemade Pita Chips:
Slice 3-4 pita bread pocket into eight triangles. Brush each side with olive olive and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven for about 7 minutes, until golden brown. Watch carefully because when they start to burn, they burn quick!
Have I mentioned that I love putting feta cheese in my buffalo chicken dip too? Is that another weird quirk that I have? (Eh, I say don’t knock it ’till you try it.)

Don’t forget to try the summer version of this recipe. It may be March but it’s still snowing a ton here in New Hampshire so I’ll stick to the warm version for now…unfortunately.
