Chili Cheese Dogs (Oven Baked!)
These oven-baked Chili Cheese Dogs are topped with hearty chili, nacho cheese sauce, and are easy to customize with your favorite toppings and condiments!
- 6 hot dogs
- 6 hot dog buns
- 1 cup Nacho cheese sauce
- 1 ½ cups chili
- Condiment Options
- Ketchup, mustard, mayo, relish, diced onions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Arrange 2 rows of 3 hot dog buns in the bottom of a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Add desired condiments to the bottom of the buns and top with a hot dog.
Spoon chili over the top, then add the nacho sauce.
Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Use a spatula to remove and serve with grilled potatoes, potato salad, potato wedges, or French fries, chips!
- Wrap leftover hot dogs in foil and store in the fridge.
- Reheat the foil-wrapped hot dogs in a 350° oven for about 20 minutes.
