Sriracha Chicken Sliders

These Sriracha Chicken Sliders can be prepared in the Slow Cooker or the Stove Top. They're loaded with a tangy Honey Sriracha Sauce, drizzled with blue cheese and served with slider buns! This recipe is a great way to feed a crowd!
Honey Sriracha chicken:
- 3 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt/Pepper, to taste
Honey Sriracha Sauce:
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 2 Tablespoons Sriracha sauce, or more if you prefer spicier
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened (3/4 cup)
To Serve:
- 1 bag Martin’s Dinner Potato Rolls
- ½ cup chunky blue cheese dressing
- 8 butter lettuce leaves
Slow Cooker Method
Place the chicken breasts next to each other at the bottom of the crock pot and sprinkle the tops with garlic powder, paprika, and desired amounts of salt and pepper.
Add the sauce ingredients. Heat on low for 4 hours.
Use a fork to shred the chicken. Stir until the sauce is distributed evenly throughout. Heat on warm until ready to serve.
To serve, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom of each roll. Scoop a heaping portion of honey sriracha chicken onto each slider and drizzle with a Tablespoon of blue cheese. Enjoy!
Stove Top Method
Boil the chicken until cooked all the way through, drain and shred.
Reduce heat to low. Season the chicken and add sauce ingredients. Stir to combine.
Serve with slider buns, lettuce, and drizzle with blue cheese.
