Baked Stuffing and Green Bean Casserole
This savory Stuffing and Green Bean Casserole cooks effortlessly in your oven and makes a perfect holiday side dish for potlucks and gatherings with friends and family!
Optional stuffing additions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all stuffing ingredients together in a large bowl, reserving some of the cheddar cheese to top the casserole with.
Place the mixture in a casserole dish, top with reserved cheese, and bake, covered, for 30 minutes.
Remove the stuffing from the oven, top with cooked and crumbled bacon if desired, and serve!
Towards the end of the cooking time, check the consistency of the stuffing and adjust as needed. For more moist stuffing, add in additional chicken broth. If you prefer to crisp up the top, leave the lid off for the remaining 5-10 minutes of baking.
