  • 6 hard-boiled eggs peeled
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar or distilled white wine vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sweet relish
  • ¼ teasoon garlic powder

To Garnish:

  • 3 green onions diced
  • Paprika
  • Crumbled Bacon
  • Salt/pepper to taste

  1. Use a paring knife to carefully slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Then use a small spoon to pop out the yolks. Place them in a small bowl with remaining (non-garnish) ingredients and mix until smooth and well-combined.
  2. Use a piping bag to fill the egg whites back up. I use this technique to create my own with a Ziploc bag.
  3. Sprinkle the tops of the eggs with the garnishes and refrigerate until ready to serve.
