Copycat Texas Roadhouse Butter

Copycat Texas Roadhouse Butter

If you’ve been to Texas Roadhouse, you probably won’t be able to tell the difference between their delicious butter, and this. If you’ve never been there, you HAVE to try this! The salty-sweet/ cinnamon-honey flavor is to die for! I’ve masted the art of making their rolls too- they’re incredible. And when I say that I’ve “mastered the art”, I mean.. I used yeast that wasn’t expired. (Did that once, didn’t work out well. Go figure.)- But attempt #2 worked out perfectly. And after just a day, they’re almost gone- it’s insane. Those glistening, buttery, soft rolls have a hint of honey flavor and are just WAY too good. Before I left the house this morning I opened the zip lock bag they’re in and took a big ol’ WHIFF. Ahhhhh. It’ll make you weak in the knees. Then you pair them with this butter and it’s just like…… forget dinner, I’m having these.

This butter is also good on all kinds of breads/rolls, muffins, pancakes…  but also sweet baked potatoes, or yams, or baked squash… ahh… a little sweetness never did a vegetable any harm.  😀
